a98pmalcolm
Looks nice, I thought disc brakes were better than what's on the pic(V's?) No ther road caliper brakes! Disk brake are only good for DH or XC, alot of Duel slarlom riders use disks aswell. But TBH I really dont rate disks! HS33's for MTBS all the wayyyyy lol

My brother just received his bike from Ribble a couple of weeks ago, similar spec to your bike. Cool, how does it ride matey? Tasty looking bike, (tasty price too !!), but I was hoping to see pic's of one with an engine . LOL I'm the engine dura ace is good stuff. :-) i have the new dura ace promotional trade leaflet next to me in the bike shop i run. Its all really nice. Bike looks awsome mate. Cheers mate, yeah Dura ace stuff is very nice! I tested one with Campag on it and it just wasn't as smooth IMO. That's a cracking deal especially with Dura Ace. I built my bike up with a Giant TCR frame and 06 Ultegra groupset. Are you running triple or double chainset? Yeah I build my winter bike up from a Ribble Audax frame, carbon forks and 2008 Ultegra and its V nice. Although this one is running a Double, i've gone for 34/50 front and 25/11 back, which is more than man enough for me Yep im a roadie. Although this time of year is no fun for getting the mileage up. I run a chris boardman frame which i rebuilt with ultegra groupset and easton wheels, although this time of year im on my heavy wheels and winter tyres That bike is going to be fun to ride in summer watch out though it looks like a bit of an arse kicker ! Is this for summer use only Rob or will you venture out during this cooler spell ? Are you going to get some other wheels to go with it ? Hey Col Nah this will be for summer use only! I built a winter bike up last year which has been great and its what im using at the moment for training apart from when I go off road! Abz
Very sexy bike! I have a Orange bike which I use sometimes to get into work in London. It's quicker for me to bike into work than catch public transport, though not planning to use it in this cold! This year plan to use it more as its only a 8 mile cycle into work. Cycling is brilliant fun and in my opinion one of the best ways to stay fit!
merckx
Cool, how does it ride matey? He's never had a chance to give it a go with the snow up north, he can't even get out on the winter bike, he's pulling his hair out with boredom as he retired early just recently. lol They do some very nice bikes nowadays, I bought my first frame from Ribble 20 years ago. I'm sure yours will be a dream to ride.
