Hi all,

You will not beleave what your about to hear, Next door but one last night left his car dumped at the only possible exit off my estate, He has said he got stuck in snow but it's near on flat and everybody else all week have managed to get up fine. But instead of backing it down and parking it up out of the way, He just locked it up and f*cked off to bed leaveing all the estate with no way off, I woke this morning at 6.30am to be faced with it.

There is another way off going back up the other way but it's a big hill and in snow only 4x4's can get up, So me and many others off the estate was stuffed could not get to work, We tried knocking him up but would not answer I did manage to get a lift to work someone picked me up at 8am. My girlfirend rang me at 10 am telling me he had just got up to move the car out of the way, and guess what he moved it fine. The thing that gets me is what if an ambulance needed to get past or even a fire truck ?, They will be able to come down the other way but would not have been able to get back up!!!

Here is a little screen shot of my road and where he was parked .

 • The red box is where his car was and no one could get passed
 • The pink box is where I park my car
 • The green line is the other way out but up the big hill that no one can get up in snow
 • blue box is my house

Have you ever know anything like it, I was so mad I could have easy slotted him one!!!

If it was that slippery on the road you couldve gt a few of you and hmm relocated the vehicle even with the handbrake on?

Next time I would certainly not cover the windscreen in something waterproof and extremly easy to apply like Vaseline or surf wax as it's a real pain to get off glass. Would stop it frosting up though.

Image removed. You posted, in a very public forum, exactly where (including postcode) you park your car.

eeek well spotted I will edit that !

Thanks.

How about the lattitude and longtitude from the bottom of the image?... :)

To the topic though, end Bell A What (For purposes of not calling the bloke a bellend openly on this public board). But I have to ask, do the people in the bit of road you wanted to get out park in colour formation? Looks like Whites, then Grey/Blacks, then Reds?...

I would have waited at least 3 minutes & then would have called a few lads round and shifted it myself. We had a similar situation at my friends wedding in June, fella parked up & then when we told him we can't get the Rolls out of estate, cheeky old git says "not my problem" and walks off. So as soon as he left, we moved the car with the handbrake on (H Plate Rover so felt non existent) a bit further down the road! :D

Next time he does that, just move it with a few help from neighbours.

Guest Rays the roof

Well the guy was obviously tired (a bit drunk) and probably just wanted a nice plate of chips and a good rest. I think you lot are thoughtless and very rude. :p

And if you are planning to get up early on a Saturday you should have parked your car off the estate so not to wake the neighbours driving off!! :)
