far
Hi Y'all - could someone suggest a programme or software which can help me compose and send HTML emails from my Outlook? Ideally something that can pull data from a CSV file. Also what are your opinions on 'HTML vs Text only'? Is it true that HTML emails tend to get blocked by corporate systems or is this just a myth? Any help would be appreciated cheers Far
Branners
Your old IT Manager at DMG did a lovely document on how to get Word to make HTML emails and then use a CSV to send them through Outlook. Let me dig that out and send it to you. As a business I always use HTML emails now. Yes, some big companies like Earnst and Young seem to block anything with HTML but otherwise it is just plain text and does not have the same impact. PM me your email address and I will send you across the document.
