If i'm selling the car and someone buys it, can I take the tax disc off it and say it isn't taxed to the seller, will this cause them an issue when they go to tax it? Pixelfill Posted January 6, 2010 Share Posted January 6, 2010 1 - ? 2 - yeah no problems at all, you can only claim back full months from the post office, but you won't get the current month either in refund, or in replacement for the car it was on.
