tbourner
I've asked them for 2 quotes and they never got back to me!! Maybe because I'm asking for 2 of each of 2 different tyre sizes?

michael
SO2s are fantastic tyres, I just thought the supplies had run out and everyone had shifted to SO3s now (which wear better but don't grip as well).
foodfreak
I know of a source for SO2's. Not many left now, but they are a fantastic tyre. it really depends on what size you're after. Also not exactly cheap it's the Only place I know of that have stock of 295/35/18's......... & I've tried most companies

michael
So SupraSteve's quote is cheaper and includes fitting. Sounds like a good deal It's a great deal, apart from the price and the fitting FWIW I have a discount scheme setup with http://www.blackcircles.com - enter 'MEGABOOST' in the box at the top right as a promo code and it will knock you 5% off - I've never used it though as they always seem expensive. Have you tried Ibrar at Pro Alloys? http://www.pro-alloys.co.uk Might be cheaper for the tyres but I can't see him popping out to fit them for you though Those original prices are pretty good if you ask me. SilverMachine
Suprasteve, I always buy my tyres from them as they come to your house, work ar anywhere and it saves the hassle of waiting around a Tyre Fitters because you will always get; "we've just had a car in...can you come back in 1 hour" scenario even though you've booked in advance! Event Mobile Tyres are always pleasant and even take away the duff tyres. If you do find any cheaper though, I would welcome the contact details. I've been searching for twelve months, and Event are the only ones that stock Eagle F1's and are the cheapest. Good luck, Gaz
tbourner
Jesus!!! 2 X 285/35Z18 GOODYEAR F1 GSD3 £430 ALL IN. 2 X 245/40Z18 GOODYEAR F1 GSD3 £318 ALL IN. Won't be buying from Event Mobile then!!
