RedM
I drove 20 miles to work in the snow. Took two hours. Would have been quicker were it not for the 5mph brigade.

SimonT
Woke up to find loads of snow, and now been told wales has a full day of heavy snow from 12 tonight Ive heard Wales is suffering at the moment along with alot of other places as my Uncle lives just outside Carmarthen and he is pretty snowed in but he does live in a very remote area! Im hoping we dont get too much where i am! As much as i think snow is fun it just causes so much chaos and im not worried about how i drive in it but its how others drive in it that worries me the most! Angarak
I've got 8 inches........of snow where I am in St.Helens, had to get to the Golden Square Mall in Warrington for 8am....I gave up trying at 10:30am as I was still in Newton...a good hour and half away at the rate progress was made on the roads...still, got paid to take the day off and went for a walk around a local dam here....like being in another country. Came across a picnic table and decided to make a snow family...though my snowman turned out like a cross between Shrek and Sloth from The Goonies (the middle one in the pic below).
