Bluewater meet every month

Recommended Posts

Hi... I might not make the next meet.. I had my car in to sort the ecu problem (not your fault the car stalled Slippery) and think we popped the motor on the dyno.:(. Previous owner had it cut out at 5500 rpm.. Ecu was not wired correctly for example cam scensors werent even connected.. Luckily the guys at Austec picked up the nock before it gave way.. They are pulling the motor on Monday to see what is the damage so hopefully she will be back on her feet before the next meet.. It's going to hurt the wallet but Im just glad it didn't happen while driving.. I will update y'all next week..

Bloody hell mate, sorry to hear that. :(

Just look at the bright side, you will have it sorted properly now so you won't have to worry.

Make sure the people looking into know what they are doing (not heard of Austec myself).
