Chris Wilson
I am thinking of digging a pond next year and have been reading up a bit on the subject. One mailing list I am on is in the US and they seem to make a drama out of digging something the size of a child's plastic paddling pool, let alone something a bit more ambitious. In fact it seems the members have been drafted in from old women anonymous. When someone asked "Where will the deepest part of my pond be?" I couldn't help replying "At the bottom". They've banned me Good start to 2010

I mean, there you are, digging a hole, hole in the ground, so big and sorta round it was and there they are, standing up there so grand and official with their nose in the air.
