Im having awful trouble with the electrics on my 95 RZ and its almost at the stage where I think I might have to get it all rewired... Lights were all acting up and staying on etc when the car was off and stuff and last night it acted up again and have to pull in and even had a little fire in the engine bay !!! So what I would like to know is there a garage in Ireland that actually know what theyre doing when it comes to Supras ?? Im based in Wexford myself.... Appreciate the help guys. Lights were all acting up and staying on etc when the car was off and stuff and last night it acted up again and have to pull in and even had a little fire in the engine bay !!! Sounds like fun! Check what caused the fire, was it really electrics or did any split or leaking oil/fuel get too hot? Dodgy lights/etc could just be a duff battery/alternator. Be sure what the problem is before you go spending megabucks - a full rewire is quite a big job. it might be worth checking out the events section and checking the ireland section and dropping a few ireland members a pm they would have the best direction! Just search the members list by region.

We are a supra specialist though based in the North but have lots of customers from the South who make the journey or send the car up. The last engine bay fire we delt with was also a supra from the south, poorly fitted HID conversion had set wiring on fire If you want to drop me a PM with the problems i may be able to help with some guidance that may help a local autospark to you fix the problem? Marty Marty is the only person to go with Supra's! He was one of the first people I spoke to about when I nearly went and brought one in Ireland! If your due a service might be worth getting everything done while its there and having a specialist over look the whole car.
