Marco79
Went to change my glowplugs on my astravan and first one sheared (but stayed connected internally) and the rest are solid, I've soaked them in plusgas now hoping that might make a difference, any suggestions for the sheared one though? It's one thing after another with this van :-(
JamesC
Is this in the head unit or amplifier?

movistar
This might sound odd but try tighten them a little before you undo them ....it sometimes helps to crack em off first.
tomgeer
If you can get a drill in and make a pilot hole you could use extractors for the sheared one. A set off snap on ones are about £20, they come with the correct size drilll for each one. They are worth their weight in gold, I would recommend cheaper brands though because they just tend to snap under pressure.
JustGav
Have you checked whether you need to heat them before trying to remove them. They do sometimes require the head to be warm.

Yes mate thats them, just try not to get any drill swarf into the head by drilling too deep. I also use a little gas soldering iron which is perfect for heating any troublesome components, If you unscrew the tip it works like a little blowtorch with a very accurate flame (so you don't burn anything you didn't want to), it worked a treat on my 02 sensor which was very tight. They are on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bernzomatic-PS-135-Butane-Gas-Soldering-Iron-Torch_W0QQitemZ160390166157QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Hand_Tools_Equipment?hash=item2557ffb68d
