motley
Not going to say at the moment. I don't wish to bad mouth anyone and we may resolve these little issues. I know that once they get started and I have laid down the law they will do a brilliant job. The work they have done on my dads cars has been outstanding. I will name and shame if they continue to be arses.
SUPRALOOPY
you don't have to take the screens out, it just means the prephands better be bloody good maskers or it will look shite........
JohnK
There was a post recently that listed the price of the glass, IIRC the 1/4s were the most expensive of all the glass and one side weighed in at £700!!!!!!!
Dragonball
Definately get the full 'shuts' out done - all the windows and new edging when they put it back (normally goes hard as rock anyway and breaks when taking out) Autoglass or some similar company needs to do it - at own risk of course - but should be fine Give Liam a call now m8 Cheers
keron
you dont have to take the front and rear windows out if you dont want to as there is a 'special' tape made by 3M which takes back the rubbers properly so the paint gets in all the gaps...saves taking them out and risk breaking the glass and ordering new rubbers! the tape is very sticky and has a hard bit at the end which wedges between the rubbers then you lift it over the window and stick it down....excellent stuff. it cost me £14 quid for the tape....
