drift_bear
i came back to work yesterday with a massive hangover to find out that i am on night shift for the next 2weeks!! so im working xmas and new year on night shift! so that means no drinks or anything!! least the boat was tied up in aberdeen for xmas, but looks like we will be tied up in shetland for new year!! how exciting?! last night and tonight consists of 12 hour shifts 8pm - 8am sitting at reception and ticking the names of the crew going on and off the boat! boaring is not the word!! least its double time though for anyone who is wondering what i do, its security on the passanger ferries that go between aberdeen and orkney/shetland

Brazil
Count me in...! We are fixing to start drilling '12 1/4'' 11k feet of OH' so ought to have a chilled day...! I had xmas off last year and almost drowned by drinking a bottle of Moet for breakfast and then surfing a reef break with pumping 10ft waves, my leash snapped right on the impact zone and I was very far away from the beach. I got so tired, really had to fight to keep on going..! when I got to the beach I crawled on the sand just like the old movies when people get ship wrecked. hahah Many Thanks
monsween
Im glad im not the only one, we're drilling at 92degrees and they are having a nightmare by the sounds of it. They will either call TD early or have to do a bit change. Its xmas and town dont want to have to work so im guessing calling TD early.
