Lbm
Christmas Eve - I shall be preparing a fish pie (courtesy of Marco Pierre White, followed by Ramsay's flambeed peach & rum dessert with lime cream. Xmas brings out the inner food ponce in me Christmas Day - We're all going to a restaurant as over the last few years my brother and sister (and me in a managerial position) helped cook the dinner instead of my folks. So, is anyone on here doing the cooking? Ladies, naturally you'll be busy in the kitchen, so no need to reply.
keancy
We have moved this year and have a massive double oven cooker and ceramic Hob which is somewhat wasted on me as I love to eat but hate to cook. But my mate who is a great cook is so keen to let loose in my Kitchen I offered for them to come to ours as long as he did the cooking, long story short he agreed and we will be having a 8kg Turkey along with all the trimmings between 8 of us. Yum, can't wait
AndrewOW
I'm letting my sister cook my dinner, so it's pot luck again, with gravy, probably. EDIT: I'm doing a buffet for some friends on Boxing Day, so should be fun too.

Although a few days later i'll be doing a meal for a few friends, got turkey, pork and beef along with more veg than you need.

Im not cooking a thing as i'm at my fiancees' for Xmas day and then to my Parents for Boxing Day! Boxing Day will be my Xmas Day really so ill have the usual for me which is a nice Prawn Cocktail or Smoked Salmon to start and then Roast Turkey with literally every trimming possible as i never have a big enough plate to fit it all on and to finish a selection of either Christmas Pudding with Brandy Cream or a Vienetta or Cheesecake and then maybe some Cheese and port to be finished off possibly with a Cohiba as i got some lovely ones from Cuba! Not really a big cigar smoker but at xmas i feel as if its must
