erol_h
I went to sign in to my natwest account normally on the login page you have your account number to type in then on the next page you type in certain letters of your password and pin. Now for some reason on the first page it is also asked me for my complete pin and password and when i was typing it was not coding what i wrote. I spoke to natwest and they said they are going to investigate i also spoke to ing as the same happend with them. Has anybody else come across this aswell? AndyT
You did the right thing informing them mate. No bank front page will ask for those details. It's so easy to forget yourself and just type away. Next minute your account's 0 It's also why I don't do internet banking.

Porky1978
I ALWAYS check the info i put on my banks website, which is also nat west. Somehow these scumbags manage to make a duplicate of the banks home page/sign in page and get some peoples info that way. It sucks how we all have to be so careful these days.... Get your account no. from a number of unscrupulous sh1ts that sell your details or from your bin. Pin and password though. Don't know. Keylogger perhaps? Worth getting a check done.
