ivan
So you're looking forward to next year? What makes you think it's going to be any better?
Havard
I'll be glad to see the back of 2009 but 2010 could be a shitter also. I was injured in a horror tackle at football on the 24th of August. My left ankle is still an inch wider that the right one after suffering massive ligament damage...!! I subsequently lost/left my job on the 15th of September and have strugged to find another since and also have my ankle problem affecting how much of a job I could do for a prespective employer. I have had physio with Gaz Eves for a couple of months and although my ankle feels stronger, it still isn't right. I now have to go for a scan in January that may confirm my worst fears of an operation then 6 - 8 weeks in plaster... On the plus side. I have my health, a great wife and family that I am looking forward to spending Christmas with. A healthy bank balance so we aren't going to starve and can still get the kids what they want for Christmas. I now play COD all day too...... It's all about perspective I suppose. I have more than most and should be grateful for what I already have as opposed to thinking about all the material things I want that probably won't make me happy anyway.!! H. Charlotte
It's been an OK year, a decent enough foundation to build on for a really good 2010. can't wait for next year.
