Throughout the year its been one thing after the other. Now to top it all off, my bloody calliper has seized on the supra. Normally It wouldn't bother me but I have been really looking forward to the ace meet, and now I cant go. I had just managed to get enough cash to attend the meet, and now that has to go towards the replacement calliper. I give up bring on 2010. Abz Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 Depends on your Outlook on life, personally I am still alive & I have my health, I am a very happy person Thinking back this year has been really good for me... * Got engaged * Brought the Supra * Picked to play football for the firm I work for in London Legal League * Got a promotion into the team I wanted to work in (Though no pay rise). * Went to Egypt with the lads and had the best holiday\time of my life. Plus news that my elder sister is now pregnant after 13 years of trying on her 3rd IVF treatment, it is the best news ever. Makes it even more heartbreaking for me as I have only one nephew who got really attached to me and since my brother broke up with his wife, she will not let me or my family see him. Its heart breaking . Few other bad things have happened but the good out weighs the bad. Count yourself lucky Nevin, you could have been in a much worse situation. Lets make 2010 a much better year! Stratty Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 The year has been pretty good. Got loads of new bits for the car including a TT transplant. Had a nice holiday and saved some cash despite spending loads on the car. Outlook for 2010 is better... Being made redundant in February so they are paying me a fair load of cash as compensation. Am using the money to continue my PT course which will enable me to have a career change later in 2010. Life is what you make of it.. Good times...
