trinitom
I think i may have a sticking exhaust valve, lots of white smoke with a nice fuel smell and a small tapping noise too. is this common to happen? any solutions?
Frank Bullitt
If the seals are shot take the head off, get it stripped/chemically cleaned & rebuilt otherwise it will just get worse.

RobSheffield
Only solution is repair. Head off, new parts and rebuild
hodge
I had the same problem with my blue Supra. It was a little more severe as I had 4 sticking. It turned out the oil pump was worn and wasnt supplying the head with enough oil and the when the engine warmed the buckets were tightened inside the head jamming the valves. I dont want to to scare you at all but its something id look at. remove the cam covers when the cars cold and check to see if the buckets are free and not stuck in at all. My guess is its gona be 1 of the valves at the back of the engine near the bulkhead. Either way though mate as Rob says the head has to come off. Fingers crossed not the engine out though. Do you have an oil pressure gauge fitted if so what sort of pressure are you seeing.
