Boost Question

(Apexi AVCR at 1.0 bar 35 duty cycle, some gears duty cycle is adj +/- dependant on performance)

 

When the temp outside here is close to freezing 0 , 1 degrees the car runs fantastic, but during normal air temps 5-10 degrees she coughs and splutters on the same settings on transition to the second turbo

 

Any advice, should I run two settings dependant on air temp
