miko_supra
All this year I have been living with my parents as with the current economy I wasn't too sure about the security of my job and so I moved out of my rented accomodation and moved back with ma and pa. I'm just trying to budget for everything at the moment and as prices have been steadily going up I dont really know as to how much I should expect to pay for all my bills. It will be a 2 bedroom terraced with gas central heating and just myself living in it for now. Mike
Chewie
I reckon I spend about £300/mth on bills for a 3 bed semi but that includes council tax. Yours will be included in the rent.
mathew
my first ever gas bill came in at £520 for the quarter. this was mainly due to me leaving the heating on constantly for 3 months. this was before i even moved into the house! my normal 1/4 bill now is gas - approx £40, elec - approx £25 thats for a 3 bedroom house

Chewie
Council tax is £120. That's Cheltenham for you. Then water, gas, lecky, burglar alarm maintenance and building and contents insurance. It all adds up.
