marbleapple
There are seller options under the control panel to ban anyone with less than 5 feedback from bidding on your items. I gave up selling phones on eBay... too much fraud with phones.

Our experience of phones on eBay hasn't been great either. You're better off finding someone down the pub to buy it for a few less quid in cash. It was there a couple of weeks ago but then I have found people with different turnovers have different options etc. I a friend of mine (a gold powerseller) has tons of scheduling options and information about his feedback etc that I don't have access to. I'm in a good mood though. Paypal just supported me (the seller) in a Paypal dispute for the 1st time ever!!

Jake
Turns out I drive within 5 miles of the buyers house on my way to work. He's getting cash from the bank this morning and I'm going to drop the phone off at his. No possibility of paypal comebacks. Lovely.

Yep so by default it allows 0 feedback scammers to hijack the auctions still. I wrote a constructive letter to Ebay about this and got the usual, generic, spineless reply in form of a standard format letter.
