Babe
Sure I've seen a thread on this before, but searched all manner of things and not come up with anything. Sold my mobile on e-bay; buyer has paid immediately with PayPal but has zero feedback (first time buyer). PayPal say 'eligible' under Seller Protection, and address is Confirmed. Sure someone said before that there was a scam where PayPal funds received, mobile posted, then PayPal refuse to pay. Can't post it until tomorrow so have a little time to work this out. What do you think?
Ric
if its in your paypal account, just withdraw it? then send the phone
ilicos
Even if you withdraw paypal need 3 days to send you the money. Babe, I would send the guy an email telling him that as he has no feedback you will send the phone out as soon as the funds have cleared you account which will take 3 days. marbleapple
if its in your paypal account, just withdraw it? then send the phone Means sod all. You owe Paypal a debt if there us a charge back. If his addres is confirmed then usually that is a good sign but you must be able to prove he has recieved it (i.e. signed for postage). Even then with 0 feedback buyers and ebay I would demand a bank payment only.
