At that age of your life your parents know very little of how you actually are.
The-Plethora
I put across the view at work that she was "far to pretty for prison" to the grumpy old sow who works in HR, she almost swung for me! brilliant! On a serious note though it does all look a little inconclusive

Westcoaster
In Italy, a unanimous vote is not needed for conviction, only a majority of 5 out of 8 jurors is required so the outcome can potentially be very very close. Simple majority verdicts are the norm in Scots Law, Scottish criminal trials have 15 jurors and as long as 8 vote guilty justice is done. There is only controversy in this trial because the victim and perpetrator are English and American respectively. Had they been both Italian, no one would have heard of this case outside Italy. Terminator
Who needs a motive if they are "out of their head". I doubt the truth of actual events will ever be known. The media will have a field day when the appeal gets going.

scotty71
My view is that why all three have been convicted of murder when it is obvious only one of them could have held the knife? The evidence was contaminated but still they get convicted. A strange one in my opinion. All three might have been there but only one of them delivererd the fatal knife wound. merckx
My view is that why all three have been convicted of murder when it is obvious only one of them could have held the knife? You don't have to inflict a fatal wound to be found guilty of murder, the involvement whatever it was can be enough.

Thats right I suppose but murder has to be pre meditated so did all three go with that in mind? or maybe Italian law is different.
