There is little difference often between N/A and TT insurance.

I insured my TT at 20 for a decent price. Being from Bolton might a problem though! :p

haha, cheeky git!! its just im thinking about buying another supe but was thinking of getting another n/a but would LOVE a TT if it would be possible!!

[sHOCK][/sHOCK] serious?? i'm willing to pay upto £1800 aswel, who 's this with??

Jeeezzz lol 1800 notes.. but I suppose if you want the car that much and you can afford the insurance hell why not. With me being 38 and having full no claims (and not living nr the Reebok Stadium) :p my quotes are around 297-350 Fully Comp with the quotes I have done. Just a bit more than my old Cossie:D

I have just done a quote for a drive home when I find a car hopefully in the next two weeks or so. 25 squid for the day which for one day cover to get the car home sounded good to me.

Look about and you will always get cheaper just depends how much digging you do

Semi old = cheap insurance

If your willing to pay that much the world is pretty much your oyster :)

Just get online and do qoutes, thats the easiest way to find out because everybody's situation is different ;)

tbh you cant realy go on how much it costs for one person. I could be totaly different for you depending on so many things. this is the nature of insurance.

When i first got my tt at 25 i found even getting someone to insure me was hard.

but now im 27 and with 4 years ncb, and it still costs me £960 for a uk tt bpu.

im 22, 4 years license held, 2 years NCB .. live in manchester, own NA... online quote (cheapest) was 2500

doesnt help that our postcode is a high risk :(

I know the feeling pal, people think 1800 is alot but honest i think i will struggle to get insured on a TT for that sort of cash, i dunno weather to stick with a N/a and just get a TT when i turn 25? but i would love to roll about in a TT my mates got one and that thing really does get me hard lol!! :eyebrows:

To be quite honest with you, im very happy with a N/a as i loved my last on, people on here say there not fast but i absolutely loved mine and thought it was very quick, not TT quick but a very quick car that looked good and was great to drive, just cant beat the noise of them twins turbs coming in, spose il just stick to being a passenger for now in my mates TT!

I'd try adrian flux if I was you, I got insured on my N/A with no years claims (I'm 24) and declared everything on the car, kit, modified exhaust, induction kit etc and it came to 1500 and mine's an import as well, that was for 5000 miles a year.

If you were thinking about a stock TT, try admiral as I did a quote when I was 22 and put I had 2 years claims to get a quote to see the price and it came to 790 pounds and they were also the next best quoter for my NA also :)

Oh that was online quote also
