Abz
RR's will end up giving you problems, they are fine when they are new & with less than 20k on the clock. Once they are reaching 50/60k you will need a whole heap of suspension parts replacing & they are not cheap. If looking good & going in comfort (they are extremely comfortable) are important then go for the Vogue. If you want reliable transport which will take you where ever you want, when you want go for a Hilux or a L200. Don't dismiss the Vogue though they are decent cars if you can a looked after one. Have you thought about these? http://pistonheads.com/sales/1358825.htm
JamesC
I love the range rovers, but everything i've heard says there a nightmare to run. This should be more reliable: http://pistonheads.com/sales/1327642.htm

The thing is the wife and i are just posers and thought the RR would be the perfect 4x4, decent price for a newish shape and look awesome, but the disco 3 is a nice lump in black too....
