Obviously it's a scrapper, in fact minor head damage is usually enough to relegate them to the bin as welding softens them and disaster soon follows repair. They CAN be re heat treated, but they then warp, and need re machining, if that's even possible. Two good heads were found for it (the other had lessser damage).
