Lbm
Ah ok. Having retired from comps etc, do you still train a bit and/or teach? And if so, do you still find it enjoyable?
Ewen
BUPA is indeed an alternative if its financially viable, but for the occasions where you are not able to make a conscious decision who to rely on, the NHS is all we have. The NHS has always been there for me when I've needed it. I just hope its still there when I need it again.

Yes I still train all the time when ice got 2 legs working. 3 karate sessions per wk 2-3 runs per wk 1 weight session per wk. Also teach still yes and have co-ran a very successful club for almost 20yrs now. Hence why not being able to train is killing me to be fair. Lbm
LBM and Hodge, i think you guys should fight it out, ill bring a bouncy castle to the ace cafe:D I'd be up for this Jamie, except you'd need to supply a step-ladder so I can mount the castle in a proper and dignified manner, and then my main strategy would be to attack his foot

Professor Kenny
I actually work for the NHS, and I see poor planning and wasting of resources/time/effort all the time. Some of the stuff that goes on, if the papers found out I swear there'd be riots once people had read the headlines O_o

Lbm
Pretty much naked, yet covered in the finest goose feathers. First I'll attack a man's sense of sexuality and if that fails, I'll come up with an actual game plan.
