Ok Hodge, I think enough tennis from each other :D

But perhaps more seriously, as a regular and successful competitor, do you have personal accident cover or private healthcare? :)

BUPA is indeed an alternative if its financially viable, but for the occasions where you are not able to make a conscious decision who to rely on, the NHS is all we have.

The NHS has always been there for me when I've needed it. I just hope its still there when I need it again.

Ah ok.

Having retired from comps etc, do you still train a bit and/or teach? And if so, do you still find it enjoyable?

Yes I still train all the time when ice got 2 legs working.

3 karate sessions per wk

2-3 runs per wk

1 weight session per wk.

Also teach still yes and have co-ran a very successful club for almost 20yrs now.

Hence why not being able to train is killing me to be fair.

LBM and Hodge, i think you guys should fight it out, ill bring a bouncy castle to the ace cafe:D

I'd be up for this Jamie, except you'd need to supply a step-ladder so I can mount the castle in a proper and dignified manner, and then my main strategy would be to attack his foot :D
