He may have 'drowned' Indeed it does. Raise the legs. Heart doesn't have to work so hard now. Haven't heard of the drowning one though. The guys out in Afghan etc are now surviving because tourniquets are now legal. Harsh. Get it wrong, lose a limb, but hey you're alive. There are probably 1000s of people who die similar - or worse - deaths trapped in collapsed buildings following an earthquake which we never hear about.
