Guest darknightmare Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 JapMad Xmas Party Right People We Have Arranged a JapMad.net Xmas Party Location is 127 DINER A127 SOUTHEND ARTERIAL ROAD ,NEVENDON, WICKFORD ESSEX, SS12 9HZ on 18th December 2009 Be there for 7:30pm For ONLY £15 Per Head you will get a 3 Course Christmas Meal with all the trimmings (Starter, Main Course, and Apple Crumble also Vegetarian Meals Available on Request) Deposit of £7.50 Per head to secure your place/seat Also we have arranged with the owner of the diner that for 1 NIGHT ONLY you can bring Your own Alcohol and soft drinks to save YOU money and help to enjoy the night. Hot and cold soft drinks will still be available from the diner to perchance as always We have also Arranged with the Diner that it will be open Exclusively to JapMad that night! Also that night we have decided to organize: Trophy for best presented car of the night A JapMad Raffle (Strips will be JUST £1 ) A Xmas themed fancy Dress competition (Prize will be given to the best outfit of the night) And for all us petrol heads out there we have also decided to organize a Mini Cruse to commence around 10pm (Depending on when we all Finnish Eating ect.. lol) All Jap Car owners are welcome and this is a family event so feel free to bring the kids, mrs , bloke what ever all are welcome lol Tickets/Places will be available on the night but it does depend on space the FULL £15 will have to be paid on entry Anyone wanted to attend the meet and not participate in the meal are welcome to come along but unfortunately will be excluded from the Best presented car and fancy Dress competition When deposit is paid could everyone please give a username & extras amount eg. Darknightmare +3 so we are able to tie up who's paid and who hasn't on the day thanks .
