:omg: I have to get some on the way home for breckie tomorrow.

 

I effing love porridge on a cold morning. Good skills.

 

Sainsburys microwaveable porridge (2-4 sachets depending on appetite) + clip-lock container = nice warm tub of porridge at desk when at work.

 

It's good slow release carbs in general too, so I find I generally don't want to snack at all, where as if I eat toast / bacon sandwich I find I want something before 1pm.

 

Admittedly 750g is excessive, but in my defence I went to the gym at 6am having gone to bed at 1am.

Mostly lettuce, a can of tuna, some olives and a dribble of honey and mustard dressing.

 

Can anyone beat that? :search:

 

Can I count that as 2 of my five a day? :)

 

I wouldn't be eating that much salad if I were you - it can make you type useless drivel on keyboards.
