Sainsburys microwaveable porridge (2-4 sachets depending on appetite) + clip-lock container = nice warm tub of porridge at desk when at work. It's good slow release carbs in general too, so I find I generally don't want to snack at all, where as if I eat toast / bacon sandwich I find I want something before 1pm. Can I count that as 2 of my five a day? I wouldn't be eating that much salad if I were you - it can make you type useless drivel on keyboards. Oh, too late.
