Lbm
Just got back from Kefalonia two weeks ago and thought I'd put up some pics. We had a week out there and while it was great to get away, we somewhat chanced it with the weather, temperatures and resorts being open Prior to booking, we spoke to CJ (our man in Kos) and we probably should have listened to him a bit more...a lot more. Anyway, would I go there again? Yes. But not October-November. Probably May/June. As usual, looking at other pepole's photos is usually dull, but there are a couple of car shots somewhere in the middle Looking out from our swimming pool across Lassi... That's ours, 2nd in from the left. After a couple of days relaxing, we headed off to Sami on the East Coast, but first a swim here at Antisamos beach. Sami is a lovely litttle fishing village and we nipped in here for a late lunch and a nose around the harbour. On the set of Captain Corelli's banjo. More photos to follow... SupraStar 3000
but where I ask, is the Lbm'ster and his lovely family. I only look forward to your holiday pics to see your cheeky face.
AndrewOW
Nice place, nice photos. Was Kefalonia closed or something?
Lbm
Outside our harbour side restaurant was one of these... Next day we drove around to the North & North East coast. Firstly to Myrtos Beach and then on to Fiskardo then coming back via Assos. Myrtos Fiskardo is very pretty and reassuringly expensive: 2 salads with a cheeky mushroom starter, garlic bread and 2 ice coffees £33.00 Louis taking it easy. He has no idea that lunch was paid for with his inheritance... Hannah with lil Louis

Axle
Just got back from Kefalonia two weeks ago You mean you have been absent from this site for longer then 3 hours? Also, why were you taking pictures of a very pretty lady and her adorable looking child?
Lbm
Ok from Fiskardo to Assos, another sleepy fishing village. Heading back at Sunset to Lassi via Argostoli which is their main town Argostoli in the day. Louis had a blow out in his machine so a nice man called Spiros - no really, helped fix it for free. He wouldn't take a penny. So I shall reward him with the majesty of 2 photos of his moped & bike shop on this 'ere forum. Louis Hamilton? Argostoli ctd...it was flatened in 1953 by a severe earthquake. Most of the island suffered except Fiskardo....
Lbm
Nice photography! Couple of the shots look like brochure ones you get in the holiday mags! Thanks Slowly improving. You mean you have been absent from this site for longer then 3 hours? Also, why were you taking pictures of a very pretty lady and her adorable looking child? I know I didn't know what to do with myself when I was there - so I decided to enjoy my holiday instead and it worked a treat. As for the pretty lady and kid, well they didn't mind too much. After a short spell in prison, the Greeks released me. It was a misunderstanding etc.
Lbm
Still in Argostoli, I found this beauty... Tasteful... I particulalry liked the colours of the buildings, and usually there was some attractive light available to take the shots in etc (omg I've just bored myself) Gradaki Beach near Lassi. AndyT
Some lovely shots there. Glad you still enjoyed the holiday. We did the same in Spain once. When you get over how empty and quiet everywhere is, it's very relaxing. No surprise that Spiros helped you out. Greeks, Spaniards love families.
