Thats what I was thinking but the one posted I think looked like a police officer or something like that in that sort. As the guy who had a radio seemed to be wearing a similar green outfit.

 

This guy was a business man & it happened about 2 years ago.

 

If it is, then its even more amazing. Seeing video, I would have saved the survival rate was 5%.
