MARTIN R
Just watched a show about the gumball on men and motors, would love to do something like that. Got me thinking I reckon I will do the east anglian one again, it was along day but worth it!!!

Clarkey
Ian mentioned at the Oxfordshire meet ... I'd be interested, as soon as my car is "free & single"
Matt T
Watched that too, does look like great fun. BUT The Gumball is extremely expensive to enter, im talking tens of thousands iirc. Someone posted up a good looking road rally for £1099 entry a week or so ago, looked pretty good imo
Samurai446
http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=37848 This is the link for the £1099 eurothrash. Looks pretty good to me, more affordable than the gumball or cannonball

Whitelightning
yerah, I had an idea to do something this summer. Work has caught up with me so I am afraid the idea hasnt been pursued. Im tempted by the Euro Supra meet, which I have signed up for - surely this will be a nice drive across Europe ? Could not more of us do this ? Green Peace
Earthrokka used to organise little trips abroad to France and Amstadam (Gumball stylee) and they were great fun...and didn't cost a fortune... You should see the looks ya get when 12 Supras drive through a French towns and villages. I would love to do one to Spain via The 'Pride Of Bilbao' but the ferry is quite expensive...but its such a great boat coz you are on it for two nights and its like a Cruise ship plus loads of women, blokes, fury animals available (what ever floats ya boat) and cheap booze, they give you a cabin to shag in and a ensuite to puke in...its well good. Then you wake up at 8am get in the car and you are in Spain and the drive through Basque and the Green Mountains are beautiful..I normally drive into France or off to Costa Brava or Del Sol or somewhere via Madrid... If we had a whole load of us it would be wicked I mean why give our cash to some rich bloke to organise...we could just organise it ourselves.
