Ian R
I have about 400 songs in my library in itunes but when I sync my iphone it only appears to transfer so many of them. They are all checked but even when I re-sync they don't go over. Will I have to reset my phone and back it up or am I doing something wrong ??? All the songs are ticked by the way and I have around 10gb free

Mike
It means you have more tracks on your iTunes than space on you iPod/Phone. As Ric suggests, make a playlist and just synch that list - otherwise iTunes will make a random selection. Are you reading the instructions on screen? Ian R
Playlists didn't work but had a play around and altered setting in device/music to sync entire music library instead of selected and has done the trick yey
