GazzaGSi
Loads of speculation on the above but Sainsburys and Asda have confirmed what their prices will be for MW2 (RRP £54.99!) Asda £32 (although this may change now due to Sainsburys shocker) http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/5812/express32full.jpg http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/3646/express32crop.jpg Sainsburys £26 And the offer is on until the 15th/when stock lasts. Images: http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/6089/express9full.jpg http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/7772/express9crop.jpg Definitely will pick another copy up and probably sell the NVG version on. Will update when Tesco/Morrisons gets confrmed. I luv these supermarket price wars

RiceRocket
Tesco are out- £25 if you also buy another top 20 game. Not seeing anything about Morrisons, think they are/did announce it at 10am.
penguin
does the offer apply to ALL sainsburys?

martini
I wonder how we know which store will sell it or not!? Might pop in tonight and ask.
caseys
Makes me wonder what price Asda & Sainsburys are getting it for. Are they selling it at a loss leader or literally no profit? If it's the latter the profiteering that Game/HMV etc are making is just shocking.
GazzaGSi
Apparently, (cant remember the source now, will try and find it) asda lost a shed load of cash on their Fifa '10 deal. So would of though the case maybe similar here. Will have a look see if I can find it
martini
Sainsbury's are hoping that we buy other things in store I suppose. Same way they lose money on petrol.
Matt H
Sainsbury's are hoping that we buy other things in store I suppose. Same way they lose money on petrol. I might get a 17p donut while I'm in there
martini
I might get a 17p donut while I'm in there Exactly. I wonder how much they would actually have to sell to break even or make profit...
GazzaGSi
New I'd read it somewhere: http://www.mcvuk.com/news/36271/Asda-admits-to-selling-below-cost but we aren’t making any money on FIFA because the price we pay the supplier is more than what we charge our customers. Whitesupraboy2
Makro are doing it for £20 including VAT!!! Print off voucher NUTSSS!!! sainsburys are £26 as well incase anyone doesnt have a makro near them
caseys
Don't you need to be in a business to get in though? Would like two copies at that price...
Whitesupraboy2
Voucher limits you to 1 voucher 1 customer 1 game. You have to have a makro card, which is got through businesses (meant to be managers only) but can purchase personal items etc... Website just crashed...news must be spreading. Aero-M
Just phoned my local store and they said they haven't been told exactly the number of copies they will have but she thinks it will be around 50 for each console. Mad rush to get through the doors I would have thought.
