Scott
Up for work at 5. Been up pretty late over the last few nights so I don't feel the slightest bit tired. If I go to bed and don't sleep I reckon I'll be more tired. Think I'll sit up with some coffee and watch the breakfast club. Anyone else had to do the same? Did it a few months ago also, good strong coffee works wonders.

Scott
Lol, I'm not so bad with the stuff actually. Probably only 1 or 2 cups a week. Using it more as a tool tonight so that I can last the day tomorrow. Breakfast club finished. What now

Abz
I am pretty sure its the same with everyone, but I find if you go to sleep for a couple of hours & then wake up you feel worse! Its better to ride it out (try not to get in the Supe!) & going by your collection I don't think you will have a problem doing that

I think i'm safe on that front I always struggle to get a good sleep on a Sunday when I'm earlyshift on the Monday. I'm a bit of a nighthawk, always have been. I do week about, the week I am backshift I always end up sitting up later and later each night. By the time I hit Thursday night (my last shift) I'm usually going to bed about 5. Swapping that around over the Friday & Saturday is a bit difficult. I usually have the choice. Bed for 2-3am or stay up and coffee it out. Tonight, I'm going with the latter lol. Wow, coffee is doing the business. What a load of shite I just wrote.

RobSheffield
I had an early shift the other day with a 4am start. I decided to stay up. Wasnt such a good idea, as by the time i finished work at 9am i was knackered and ended up goinmg straight to bed after! The week after i opted for the 45 minute powernap and felt a lot better

Basically I have JUST been up for 12 hours so I should, in theory, be ok. I was ok last time. Expected to go to bed at 3pm (when I get home) but I lasted till 9. Slept right through till 5 and was tip top for the rest of the week. I'm basically grasping at straws, hoping the last time wasn't a fluke. I'm still wide awake though.
