If you want to enjoy FPS games then you should get a gaming PC

Waste of money, and they only need upgrading every time you buy a new game.

I will never understand how using a mouse and a qwerty is better for anything other than strategy (and getting severe cramp in your hands).

So is that why there is an auto-aim button on most FPS games on Consoles? :p

Each to their own, but I for one like consoles for anything but FPS games. The control method is far superior on a PC when you get used to it in my opinion.

But as for the comment on upgrading it everytime you buy a new game... well, just  Sure consoles are better value long term, but buy a good gaming PC in the first place and it will last you a good few years... waste of money, well that's in the eye of the beholder, cars are a waste of money but we still spunk shed loads of money on them.

360 for me.

but best way to answer the question is what do other people you know have? the best fun can be had when playing against friends! so just get what they have already got. the really isnt much in it between the 2.

This is very true, I bought a PS3 but most of my friends have xbox's. I'm the only one however that doesn't curse their console as every one of my friends have had to send their xbox back atleast once, a couple have done it more than that.

Playing cod4 on both I cant honestly say I notice the difference, maybe MW2 will be different. Controller quality, reliability and looks are what swayed it for me.
