craig l Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 So my girlfriends sitting in her brand new mini cooper s which she's only had 2 weeks in a retail park, this middle aged idiot women parks next to her then swings her door right open hitting my gfs car. She knew what she'd done cos her face dropped when she saw my gf was in the car. The women gets out my gf says to her you just hit my car to which she replys no i didnt. My gf says yes you did i was in the car i saw you, she denies it again and walks away, my gf shouts that she's got her reg and gets ignored. My gfs the quiet type so she does nothing, she's now left with a dent in her door she has to pay for. Lucky i wasnt there id have told her when she got back the dent on her door wasn't me either, i'd have def done some damage to her car. Just makes me mad someone could do that and deny it. michael Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 Ring your insurance company and let them deal with it through their uninsured loss department so you don't have to pay the excess. Might need an independent witness or some CCTV evidence to back you up though. Measurements of the dent height vs the point of impact on her door and any paint left would also help.
