bigbloodyturbo
Hey guys, Im trying to find supra with stock body with aggresive wheel offset. Ive got 19 x 9.5 and 10.5 +12 Will post pics soon. I would imagine with those wheels your supra wouldn't have a stock body for long, rolled arches would be an idea. Would love to see what +12 offset on the back would look like though, probably very sticky-outy:)
nevins
any pics of how this looks mate
JamieP
You have changed again? what was you running last time? they looked to stick out a fair bit.
uestlove
Yeah, im actually a bit worried this time...they were suppose to be +22, but the supplier mis-read it, and it was +12! I orginally had Wed Sports SA90 19 x 9.5 and 10.5 +20 (So the new wheels will stick out 8mm more all round) Then I changed (Regretfully) to RE30 19 x 9 +25 and 19 x 11 +
JamieP
Weds look nice, not keen on the last ones. What have you gone with this time?
nevins
lovely looking supra but i prefer the 1st pic
Martin J
Lovely looking car, first pic is the better one for me.
bigbloodyturbo
I like the weds better aswell. bit off-topic but did you cut the front lip in the second pic?
uestlove
Yeah i liked the weds too, and i regret selling them. I went with TE37 this time, its the only wheel similar to the weds, as the weds are rare to buy now. Yep I trimmed the front lip. I know there are supras in Germany (?) with really aggresive offsets? jazz1
Mine http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=99610&d=1254940880 19x12 19x9.5 stock body Edited November 8, 2009 by jazz1 (see edit history)
Jamesy
Thing is if u go too far out and the wheels stick out further than the wing, will just rolling the inner lip of the arch be enough or will they actually start hitting the actual side of tge arch? jevansio
Why did you regret the RE30?
SupraAyf
Hey guys, Im trying to find supra with stock body with aggresive wheel offset. Ive got 19 x 9.5 and 10.5 +12 Will post pics soon. You are going to have to do more than roll your arches for them to look OK. That is quite an agressive offset. I have just bought 10.5's in a -12 offset and that's to compensate for my rear body kit sticking out 50mm more either side than a standrad Supra. Guest Quail
Wow, those SA90s looked fantastic! Last time I was on here anything lower the stock offset was generally frowned upon
uestlove
Why did you regret the RE30? I just didnt think the design worked on the supra shape. Jazz1, nice, what are the offsets? SupraAyf, what bodykit did you get?

uestlove
Ohh damn, i just saw this: Anyone have any details on the wheel size/offset? Also I went to getting my guards (fenders) similar to that, but apparantly the supra guards are tuff and 2 layerd, so its not easy.

Thorin
Bloody hell those tyres are far too stretched, that is ridiculous. Get with the times grandad, that's the latest style now, to hell with wheels fitting properly or getting the right sized tyres! Bo!
uestlove
Hey guys, Just an update, here is the wheels fitted:
Homer
Lovely looking car, but have to ask - why? The wheels make it look like a clown car , surely an offset that makes them actually fit the car would be preferred? Can't imagine how poorly that thing handles round the twisties! SUPRALOOPY
The first bump you hit (unless the suspension does not move) say goood bye to the rear quaters. Looks fantastic but totally impractical.
