Seriously losing faith in people, sister hit and run.

I can't believe some people.

I'm on the way home from work and my sister calls me on the verge of hysterical "I've had an accident!".

I'm thinking the worst and thankfully every one is ok (5 and 3 year old nephew and niece in the car).

Basic two lanes feeding onto a roundabout carrying onto two lanes straight over. The car to her right suddenly headed into her lane and cut her up causing a collision and my sister to mount the kerb onto the grass narrowly stopping before a lamp post.

The other driver stops, Hayley assumes she'll come over to talk and swap insurance details, settles the kids, gets out. The other woman looks at her car and drives off!!

Sadly Hayley only got the first part of the reg DV07 and doesn't know what type of car it was. "It was Red". :(

It's battered the front wing a bit but no mechanical problems, obviously very shook up. Reported to the Police when she got home and I looked after the kids today whilst she went to submit a full report.

I'm so angry that someone could do this and simply drive off - I just hope they have gone home to their husband and he's convinced her to do the right thing and report it....although very unlikely.

Bloody hell, that's awful!

Was there any chance of CCTV? I hope the Police find something out mate.

Thanks, I hadn't thought of that. I suspect not, but I'll have a drive around and see - you never know where there's a camera nowadays.

She could have insurance but did not want to raise her premiums because its defo her fault. I hope you find the culprit mate and I hope she gets punished by law for running away from the scene of the accident and have a crim record slapped on her!

I feel the pain as well since someone kicked my wing in and ran :(
