Ewen
Along the same lines as Jake... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1163322.htm Fiat 124 Spider. Dad had one briefly, and I loved it to bits. I could live with this very nicely indeed. I'd try to find one in similar condition that hadn't been americanised though.

Branners
Rule 1: £10k max to spend Rule 2: Must actually be up for sale (or sold recently) with advert included. (please include at least one pic for the enjoyment of others and to keep the thread interesting) Rule 3: Must be 25 years old or more (Bonus points for 30+ years) This is my choice... http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/dbimages/0606875001206527158.jpg . http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/dbimages/0482758001206527159.jpg . http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/dbimages/0821773001206527161.jpg http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/classic-car-page.php/carno/15543 I want this car so much it hurts. I never thought I would see another person who even knew what one of those was. My dad had the Lancia Fulvia Zagato sport (hatchback version of what you have above). It had the 1.6l engine and handled brilliantly. Rusted like buggery but he loved that car. http://www.lanciaclassic.com/

kjgreen3
Might be off the trend of this thread but this caught my eye http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Land-Rover-Lightweight-Ex-MoD_W0QQitemZ200401408118QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item2ea8dad076 http://img177.imageshack.us/i/landrover.jpg/ This is the exact model and roughly the same colour as my first vehicle (although my camoflage paint was better done). However mine had the 2.25L 4cyl removed and a rebored 2.8-3.0L V6 Ford capri engine in

garethr
Type 105 Alfa GT. One of my mates had a 1300 about 30 years ago. Astonishing little engine - all-alloy, DOHC, and 90bhp from a 1300 in 1955 (IIRC), when the A-series was the best thing fitted to small British cars. I don't care which engine - 1300, 1600, 1750, or 2000. Off to look for an advert... EDIT: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1292902.htm Alfa Romeo 1300 GT Junior (1972) £7000 34,500 miles, 1300cc, Dark Blue, Manual, RHD. A rare, tax exempt low volume production version of the 105 model. Engine professionally rebuilt 2 years ago including New piston rings, new big end bearings, new main bearings, new oil pump. Engine has covered 4k since the rebuild and has a new clutch. Body professionally restored 4 years ago including New lower front valance, new sills, retro fitted splash guards (to reduce future sill problems), re-sprayed in an original 1972 Alfa dark blue colour, renewed sections of the Webasto sun roof. Alfaholics fast road suspension kit and steel minilite wheels fitted. Extra parts that come with the car are: 29mm front anti roll bar (never fitted to GTJs but I am assured could be) The four original chrome hub caps Outdoor car cover Full set of unused Ferodo uprated brake pads that I never got round to fitting Vehicle has always been kept garaged, rarely rained on and never tracked. Bad points: There is one small area (in pictures) underneath the offside rear window that has started to lift. There is also a small dent on the offside section of the rear bumper, this could be beaten out or the section replaced and the interior is in need to some restoration. http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=100934&stc=1&d=1257618381
