I've had a bit of a liking for supras for a while now and having broken my TVR seemed like the perfect excuse to buy one.

So my "sensible" car is now a 1994 SZ manual :)

What TVR do you have? They seem to have a habit of breaking down but they are amazing cars & IMO one of the best "bang for buck" cars around. I met up with a load of them on a recent PH organised day.

Get some pics up of your motors when you get a chance :)

The sensible car (old photo taken some time ago by previous owner)

The (broken) sensible reliable practical car

Currently undergoing major repairs after the outriggers rusted off the chassis.

The not very sensible at all car (currently undergoing a complete rebuild after an accident and (yet another) engine failure)

And somewhere awaiting garage space for me to finish restoring it is a Jensen GT

It's a V8S, pretty reliable really, just 18 years haven't been kind to the chassis (TVR's designed in water traps didn't help much either) The only reliability problems have been a snapped throttle cable and a strange electrical problem where something decides to turn the fuel pump off. I'm blaming the immobiliser.

WOW , nice Triumph !

It was before I rearranged the front of it on a citroen xsara. It's being broken for parts to rebuild my other one.

Got any pics of the Jensen?

I. O. W. Lovely place. :)

Taken a long time ago just after I bought it and just before I discovered how bad it was.

The island is a lovely place most of the time it'd be a lot nicer if they'd stop digging the bloody roads up for five minutes though.
