Guest zombeh
I've had a bit of a liking for supras for a while now and having broken my TVR seemed like the perfect excuse to buy one. So my "sensible" car is now a 1994 SZ manual

Abz
TTC What TVR do you have? They seem to have a habit of breaking down but they are amazing cars & IMO one of the best "bang for buck" cars around. I met up with a load of them on a recent PH organised day. Get some pics up of your motors when you get a chance
Guest zombeh
The sensible car (old photo taken some time ago by previous owner) http://zombeh.dyndns.org/~steve/supra/supra003.jpg The (broken) sensible reliable practical car http://zombeh.dyndns.org/~steve/v8s/brands08/paddock.jpg Currently undergoing major repairs after the outriggers rusted off the chassis. The not very sensible at all car (currently undergoing a complete rebuild after an accident and (yet another) engine failure) http://zombeh.dyndns.org/~steve/vems/dollytest_bookers.jpg And somewhere awaiting garage space for me to finish restoring it is a Jensen GT

Guest zombeh
What TVR do you have? They seem to have a habit of breaking down but they are amazing cars & IMO one of the best "bang for buck" cars around. It's a V8S, pretty reliable really, just 18 years haven't been kind to the chassis (TVR's designed in water traps didn't help much either) The only reliability problems have been a snapped throttle cable and a strange electrical problem where something decides to turn the fuel pump off. I'm blaming the immobiliser. WOW , nice Triumph ! It was before I rearranged the front of it on a citroen xsara. It's being broken for parts to rebuild my other one. Got any pics of the Jensen? I. O. W. Lovely place. Taken a long time ago just after I bought it and just before I discovered how bad it was. http://zombeh.dyndns.org/~steve/jensen/before_(Small).jpg The island is a lovely place most of the time it'd be a lot nicer if they'd stop digging the bloody roads up for five minutes though.
