miko_supra
I have most of the parts for the single conversion now. I've gone with a whifbitz kit, aem ecu, hks dli, and all that's left now is the t67 turbo from precission and some injectors. I can honestly say I can't wait! Brazil
Looking forwards to seeing the dyno..! Awesome project..! Do you think that the SB Stage 2 clutch will suffice for your power goals..? Did you consider the stage 3? How did you get the V160 out to change the clutch at the end? Did you use toyota's v160 oil? All the best with the rest of your build looking forwards to seeing the final result..! Ps. Sorry for the million questions mate just curious..! lol

Gearbox comes out like any other box, just remove the prop, gear linkage, bell housing bolts then whip the thing out. I used some silkoline gear oil. I asked how you got the gearbox out because earlier on the thread you were having problems getting to it and out from under the car using only axle stands..! I am fixing to do mine soon with SB too just trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible. I wondered about he stage 2 as the most popular one is the stage 3 on single builds. cheers mate. EdMorris
Nice kit Mike. When do you hope the car to go off for all this stuff to be fitted then?

miko_supra
Turbo has arrived. I've gone for an air cooled precision 6262 with dbb and billet wheel instead of the t67. Should hopefully see some nice numbers and some good fast spooling to go with it Exhaust manifold heat wrapped and coated Edited July 15, 2010 by miko_supra (see edit history)
TTRickeh
Very nice. Should be good to see how that turbo performs as, to my recollection, I haven't seen anyone use that and post up details on power/spool etc on here yet. Whifbitz manifold looks amazing as usual!
