Kopite
no one because my voting paper went to my old address in liverpool.....couldn't be arsed going to the polling station plus i didn't know where it was. would of voted conservative but that'd be by default because i hate Blair and have other reasons for not voting Lib Dem. However i wouldn't trust a politician anymore than i'd trust a group of scallies offering me free medical treatment!

Supragal
Well, what a result eh? I was sure it was going Tory. Whats this secret love for Labour you northerners have?
how_supra
I didn't. I had no strong views one way or the other. No point in voting just because you feel you have to. IMO.
merckx
Well, what a result eh? I was sure it was going Tory. Whats this secret love for Labour you northerners have? Same one that most of you southerners have for Conservatives I would think!

AJI
Well it looks like we are in for another shyte 4 years of labour in rule. I was watching the news last night when they were going through all the statistics and the more I learn about how our coutry runs at the moment the more I want to emigrate. The main thing that stuck out was thay said that if both labour and conservative got 35% of the vote.... that's actual numbers of people as a percentage of the electorate then this would result in labour obtaining 100 MORE seats than the conservatives !!?? Now when does 35% EACH mean 100 more seats to one party? I find that this system of voting is as corrupt as third world countries you see on the news. Supragal
It is all backwards. Is it Labour who are gonna ban council tax and do it on a means assessed basis?
Faye
It is all backwards. Is it Labour who are gonna ban council tax and do it on a means assessed basis? Thought that was the Lib Dems?
Jake
Well, what a result eh? I was sure it was going Tory. 'twas never in doubt who would win, was it? I looked on Betfair.com last night to see what the odds were. Labour to win was 1.01 (You would need to bet £1000 to make a tenner profit) a Tory win was 65 to
Supragal
Thought that was the Lib Dems? *phew* told you I knew nothing about it lol It was Toris that were going to get rid of stamp duty below 180k though wasn't it?
