I have a 1993 j sepc n/a auto supra with 101,000km

and I need some advice

I have done a conversion and is due to pick up today

i have change the following

1) full FMIC

2) wolbro fuel pump

3) full TT engine,drive shaft,transmission and diff

4) manual boost controller

5) hks super sequential valve

6) upgraded fans for radiator,

7) full fulids change

8) prosport volt, boost and oil temp guages

Questions

1)I am putting in a custom after market exhaust 3 inch tomorrow with cat back. do i have to put a restricter ring????? or just leave the second cat on

2) Do i need a FCD????

3) how much is 1 bar in relation to boost

4) brakes- should i put in bigger UK brakes or can i just change to aftermarket hawk pads

5) suspension- will my stock shocks and spring be ok?? i want to put in a trd anti sway bar eventially..

6) not sure if i changed sparkplugs

1) You will only need a restrictor ring if you remove both the stock cats.

2) If you plan to go over 1bar you will need a FCD

3) 1 bar is boost. It's just another measurement for pressure. 1 bar= 14.7 psi

4) If your not happy with your brakes uprate them. J-Specs are shocking and you should atleast get new discs and uprated pads (talk to chris wilson)

5) To properly do this you should get TT suspesion (either aftermarket or stock) as the n/a suspension is set up for a lighter front end.

6) How would I know any better.

Another thing. Have you installed or planning to install an additional rear differential bush? You WILL need one or you will suffer greatly from wheel tramping which is destroy your diff and not do you suspension components any good.

setting up the wire transfer as we speak

i am not crossing 5 psi why??

What boost gauge do you have? Might be knackered, but at 5 psi you will feel it being sluggish compared to normal boost... Possibly a boost leak. Check all of you hoses for splits and check your inter cooler pipes to check that they are not leaking.

i did the conversion in Trinidad(a tiny caribbean island above venezuela)

i have new prosport guages

i did use the entire TT rear setup (thks mike)

mechanic stated it either a boost leak of poor voltage going to the fuel pump

my rpm and spedo hasnt been wires at yet
