We ended up putting the steam cleaner on the pipes to get a bit of movement then kept moving it from pipe to pipe to get all the crap out. We ended up putting the steam cleaner on the pipes to get a bit of movement then kept moving it from pipe to pipe to get all the crap out. just cleaned my matrix out with hose pipe and flushed the whole system got rid of dirty rusty looking water put in new coolant and bugger me its still blowing cold i did not use mr mussle ? both pipes feel warm going into the matrix? Yeah, I flushed mine with the hose during the summer, got loads of muck out, but still no heat and both pipes warm. I got the 'Demisterman' replacement, took a deep breath and did the job a few weeks ago, using Jezz' howto as a guide... Wasn't quite as bad as I expected, but still not for the faint of heart...
