Alright, this is a genuine question.

When opening my trunk, why do I have to pull the lever/turn the key multiple times before it unlatches? The boot opens but its still latched onto the lock so I can't open it.

Do you mean one of these?

or are you American?

I advise WD40 in the first instance, then a new lock mechanism if that doesn't shift the problem :)

As far as i know every "egg" in the womb once fertalised starts off as female and then changes and develops from there! ;)

:yeahthat: Except I thought the foetus started out as indeterminate sex and the sex wasn't established for a few weeks? Could be wrong though, it has been known.:D

lol ok boot :p Yeah I have used WD40 on the hinges and the lock etc. It's mildly annoying because sometimes when I have the car running and want to pop the boot it won't open so I have to go back into the car and pull the lever again or take the keys out and try.

Is it difficult to change the lock mechanism? I'm not what you would call a guy handy in these things :p

No, I think the sex is already determined by the first sperm that penetrates the egg.

Not sure why men have nipples though...

Ok will give that a shot. I used WD40 with it in situ but there's not much I could spray on. Gives me something to do during the weekends then ;)

WD40 it in the first instance, then apply grease for a more long term solution. I'm not sure what grease is best, the garage greases all parts like that when the car is serviced.

Why do some of my otherwise brilliant and productive friends (like scoundrels and their flags) take final refuge in character assassinations, choosing to ignore the issues and deny the relation between our consumption and brutality?

Because its easier to mock than to hug? Its also a defence mechanism to protect our own inadequacies (like spelliing).
