Best to get it checked as surely there will be different loads on the engine because of different gearing.

 

ECU maps don't work like that. They have revs and they have load, which is vacuum and boost pressure. An engine is mapped for all plausible vacuum and boost pressures at all plausible revs, so while you wouldn't map 1.4bar at 750rpm, you'd probably better allow for 1.4bar at 3000rpm in case of a steep hill in 6th gear while towing a caravan. So gearing is irrelevant.
