Sharpie Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 All headlights (j-spec/UK spec, pre-facelift/facelift) are interchangeable with no modifications needed (although the bulbs are different for the UK/j-spec). The facelift headlights do not include the side light inside, so you need to fit the facelift indicators/sidelights, these are not a straight swap and need the wiring splicing in for the sidelights. Did the cars in US only get plastic then ? With the UK car being the 'Export' model, I thought the US car would get the glass ones as well as the UK and Euro spec's ??? Hmmm, I guess the Euro spec of the 'Export' version did not get the headlight washer jets so, each market could opt for different bits I guess but, keep the same engine setup (MAF).
