AlexKeith
Hi all. I currently have an after market Centurian 3000 alarm fitted on my n/a supra, but for the last few days the key fob became very unresponsive. It took a few good stamps to get the thing to work and lock the car. A friend of mine said the battery might just be low so today i went and got it changed. Since than the car won't respond to the fob atall and i can't even get it unimmobilised so i can't even take it anywhere. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this or even what to do now? Thanks Alex Edited October 23, 2009 by AlexKeith (see edit history)
AlexKeith
I've just been out there and disconnected the battery for five minutes and no luck, my friend did say that there is a way to code them yourself but i havn't heard of it before? Also is this a job that anyway mobile audio specialist can do? Thanks Alex

Branners
sometimes if you press and hold the 'arm' button on the fob for 10 to 20 seconds it kicks the alarm back in to life. Might be worth a go.
AlexKeith
Yeah i'll give it a go now. I read something about time delay locks of opening up the key fob and after a while it deletes the code, but the circuit inside seems so basic do you think this could have happened?
