1/ problems no warm air from heater--CHECK level of coolant, possible blocked heater matrix ?

2/centrel locking is not working -- check fuses in the footwell but i beleive the electric windows share the same fuse . so might be a feed problem at the switch socket.

3/ horn proberly faulty.

when was the last time they worked?

If they've all stopped at once I'd say you have a wiring fault.

Normally an earth.

When you turn the heater hot to cold or vice versa, do you hear the flaps move?

If no then that's electrics. imo

You say central locking is not working..... Off a fob or key?

No idea mate, i wouldn't just stick in any old fuses though as it will either pop as you have found or it could potentially allow too much current causing a fire.

The horn will probably be fooked. Get the premium horn kit as a replacement if it is. Quick way to check is to take a wire and touch the positive wire onto its terminal from the battery.

Not so good then. Does your kick fuse box not have a lid? Should be something like this? Might be a bit different though so you might need the exact model.

Going by this it appears the doors should be 30A?

If using the central locking blows the fuse, then the next step as you say would be to remove the door card. There's a guide on here on how to do it, it's pretty simple. My guess is that the +ve feed to the door locking motor has lost its insulation and is either touching the bodywork or touching the -ve feed.
